Fast Shipping and Professional Packing
Through our long-term relationship in a long-standing partnership with UPS, FedEx, DHL and a variety of other leading global carriers, we can provide various shipping options. Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Before they are shipped your items will be carefully inspected and secured. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. This is a sign of our determination to become the largest online retailer globally. The warehouses and centers for distribution are situated in Europe, as well as the USA.
Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time in accordance with the item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. The item must be in its original packaging.
